Order Processing & Modifications
Processing begins immediately after an order is submitted. Because of this, no changes can be made once the order is placed, including product changes, order cancellations, refund requests, shipping method updates, or address modifications.
Customers are encouraged to review all details carefully before finalizing their purchase.
Return Policy (Store Credit Only)
To qualify for store credit, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, requests will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Store Credit:
Items must be unused and in original condition (not combed, washed, cut, colored, brushed, or worn).
All original ties, tags, and packaging must be intact.
Clearance and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or credit.
Once returns are received and inspected, a store credit or digital gift card will be issued. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
Return Shipping
Customers should use a traceable carrier with signature confirmation for protection.
While The Bundletique covers the cost of return shipping, they are not responsible for lost or untraceable packages.
