Returns & Store Credit Policy
Final Sale Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
However, eligible items may qualify for store credit if the return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Store Credit Eligibility
To qualify for store credit, items must meet the following requirements:

Hair must be unused and unopened

Hair must remain in its original packaging

Original ties, tags, and packaging must remain intact

Hair cannot be combed, brushed, washed, worn, cut, colored, or altered
Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened hair cannot be returned.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued if the return is approved. Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Items purchased during sales or promotional events are final sale and not eligible for returns or store credit.
Order Processing & Modifications
Order processing begins immediately after an order is placed. Because of this, orders cannot be modified once submitted.
This includes:

Order cancellations
-
Refund requests

Shipping method changes

Address updates
Customers should review all order details carefully before completing checkout.
Return Shipping
Customers should ship return packages using a traceable carrier with signature confirmation for protection.
While The Bundletique may cover return shipping, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or untraceable during transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the delicate construction of lace products, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced:

Lace wigs

Lace closures
-
Lace frontals
Additionally, hair that has been cut, bleached, dyed, chemically treated, customized, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
Product Concerns
We take pride in the quality of our hair. If you believe you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Hair that has been colored, chemically treated, cut, or altered will void eligibility for review or compensation.
If a defect is confirmed, The Bundletique will provide an appropriate resolution. If no issue is found, the item will be returned to the customer.
Fraud & Chargeback Policy
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent.
Customers who file false chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving their order may be banned from future purchases and reported to their payment provider.
We maintain records of order confirmations, tracking information, and delivery confirmation to protect against fraudulent claims.
Hair Appointment Disclaimer
The Bundletique is not responsible for missed hair appointments, salon fees, or stylist cancellation charges. Customers should receive and inspect their order before scheduling installation appointments.
Installation Disclaimer
The Bundletique is not responsible for installation costs, removal fees, reinstallation costs, or damages caused during the installation process.
We are also not responsible for damage caused by bleaching knots, cutting wefts, chemical treatments, coloring, or normal wear and tear after installation.
Limitation of Liability
The Bundletique’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
