Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders require 5-7 business days for processing. Processing time does not include shipping time. During sales, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been fully confirmed and cleared.
Shipping Methods
We currently offer the following domestic shipping options:
Express Shipping

Please note that shipping timeframes begin after your order has completed the processing period. Processing time and shipping time are separate.
All U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx and require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe delivery.
Route Package Protection
At checkout, we strongly encourage customers to add Route Package Protection. Route protects your shipment in the event your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If Route Protection is not added, The Bundletique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped and marked delivered.
Carrier Delays
In rare cases, shipping carriers may experience transit delays. Please note that The Bundletique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or acts of nature.
Refunds or chargebacks will not be honored due to shipping delays caused by these circumstances.
Undeliverable, Lost, or Returned Packages
If a package cannot be delivered and is sent back to The Bundletique, it is usually due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. In these cases, the tracking will show “Return to Sender.”
This may occur for several reasons, including:

The shipping address entered does not exist

The address was entered incorrectly or misspelled

Important details such as apartment, building, or suite number were not included

The carrier was unable to safely deliver the package

The recipient has moved

The package was refused upon delivery
Returned shipments will be restocked, and customers will receive store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. The store credit amount will be minus the original shipping cost.
Please note that shipping charges and route protection fees are non-refundable.
Returned orders cannot be reshipped. Instead, customers must place a new order using the store credit issued. Product availability and pricing are not guaranteed to remain the same at the time of reorder.
